  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • For treats and chews, the package must be unopened and sealed for health and safety reasons.

Return Process

  • Explain the reason for your return.
  • We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.
  • Ship the item back to our specified return address.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund.

Refund information

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened food products or treats (for health and safety reasons).
  •  Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the damaged product or packaging.
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
