  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (where available)
  • Delivery times start from when your order ships, not from the order date

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping on orders unless otherwise expressed. Calculated at checkout based on location and weight
  • Express Shipping (where available): Calculated at checkout based on location and weight

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 US states
  • For Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping charges may apply
  • International shipping is not available at this time

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active

Multiple Package Shipments

  • Due to our partnership with multiple fulfillment centers, your order may arrive in separate packages
  • Each package will have its own tracking number
  • All tracking numbers will be provided via email

Shipping Delays

  • While rare, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods
  • We'll notify you of any significant delays affecting your order
  • During holiday seasons, please allow extra time for delivery

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
  • We cannot modify addresses once orders are placed
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
  • Provide your order number and any photos of damaged items
  • We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue
