ALLGOOD PET SUPPLIES

Affiliate, Influencer & Collaborator Policy

1. Purpose

This policy governs participation in the Allgood Pet Supplies Collab Community ("the
Program"), which includes all Creators, Affiliates, Influencers, and
Collaborators (collectively, "Collaborators") who promote Allgood Pet
Supplies ("Allgood," "we," "us") products in exchange for commission, discount privileges, gifted products, or other compensation. It sets out how the Program works, what is expected of Collaborators, and the rules that protect the integrity of the Program — most
importantly, the prohibition on self-referral.

2. Program Overview

Allgood offers two tracks within the Program, as described on our Collabs page
(allgoodpetsupplies.com/pages/collab). Collaborators may hold one or both,
subject to Allgood's approval:

2.1 Creator / Affiliate Track

•     A personal 10% discount code, for use by the
Collaborator's family, friends, and followers on their own purchases.

•     10% commission on qualifying sales made through the
Collaborator's unique code or link, tracked through Allgood's affiliate
platform (Shopify Collabs).

2.2 Gifted Collab Track

Once a Collaborator reaches 10 qualifying referred sales, they become eligible for
Gifted Collab status, which includes:

•     A monthly product gift ($20, $40, or $60 value)
corresponding to a content tier of 2, 3, or 4 videos per month.

•     A requirement to post each video once to Instagram and
once to TikTok or Facebook (4, 6, or 8 total posts per month, depending on
tier).

•     Allgood's permission to repost this content on our
website and social channels as user-generated content.

3. Eligibility & Application

1.     Collaborators must apply through Allgood's official
application link and be approved before promoting Allgood products or using a
referral code or link.

2.     Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, or have
parental/guardian consent where required.

3.     Allgood reserves the right to approve, decline, pause,
or remove any Collaborator from the Program at its sole discretion, including
for violation of this policy.

4. Commissions & Compensation

Commission accrues only on qualifying sales: legitimate, arm's-length purchases made by genuine third-party customers using a Collaborator's unique discount code or referral link. Allgood calculates and pays commission according to the terms shown at the time of enrollment in the Program and may adjust rates or gifting tiers prospectively with notice on the Collabs page.

5. Prohibition on Self-Referral

To keep the Program fair and to ensure commission and gifting rewards reflect real, third-party sales, Collaborators are strictly prohibited from earning
commission, gifting-tier credit, or any other Program reward on
their own orders. This is a zero-tolerance condition of participation in the Program.

5.1 What counts as self-referral

Self-referral
includes, without limitation:

•      Placing an order for yourself using your own discount
code or referral link and receiving commission on that order.

•     Having a family member, household member,
spouse/partner, roommate, employee, or any account you control or benefit from
place an order using your code or link, where you receive the commission,
credit, or benefit.

•     Using a gift card, product gift, or other compensation
provided by Allgood in exchange for your promotional content (e.g., the monthly
$20/$40/$60 Gifted Collab product gift) to place an order that is then run
through your own affiliate code or link to also generate commission.

•     Creating secondary or alternate customer accounts, or asking someone else to check out on your behalf, in order to route personal
purchases through your own code or link.

•     Any coordinated arrangement with another person designed to generate commission, discount, or gifting credit on what is, in substance, your own purchase.

5.2 Gift cards specifically

Gift cards, product credits, or gifted-product allowances provided to a Collaborator as
compensation for their content (including Gifted Collab tier rewards) are
personal-use compensation only. Orders placed using those gift cards or
credits:

•      Do not earn any additional commission for the
Collaborator, even if the Collaborator's own discount code or link is also
applied at checkout.

•      Do not count toward the 10-sale threshold used to
qualify for or maintain Gifted Collab status.

•     Must be used to purchase products for the
Collaborator's own review or content creation, not resold or transferred for
value.

5.3 Enforcement

Allgood monitors order and referral data for self-referral activity. Where a violation
is identified, Allgood may, at its discretion:
